Cindy Erickson
You'll often hear Cindy say how fortunate she feels to have found a career that she's enjoyed for more than 40 years. Cindy has a passion for learning and life that is contagious throughout the salon. She is always on the top of her game with on going education and enjoys learning about new techniques, products and just new things in general. Cindy encourages others to be the very best they can be and offers endless support that generates confidence in both co workers and guests. She feels you can always learn something new no matter how many times you have done the same thing. Cindy views her guests and co-workers as her extended family.
Catherine Conner
Catherine, or as we like to call her, "Cat" has been part of The Head-Quarters family since 2016. She previously worked at a salon in the Newark area. Catherine excels at all things hair especially cuts and color. In her spare time Catherine enjoys spending time with her daughter Ciara.
Melissa Horne
Melissa is a well-rounded, professional stylist/barber and educator. Her dream to become a cosmetologist began at the age of eight years old, as she cornrowed hair on the steps in the city of Philadelphia. This is where she developed a passion for helping others by resolving their hair and skin care needs. She received her cosmetology license in 2006, and since has been strengthening her craft by obtaining an Instructor license of Cosmetology/Barbering/Aesthetics/Nails to her repertoire. Juanita Latimore
Juanita is a professional stylist/barber who absolutely loves what she does.
She had a passion for doing hair since the 5th grade. That’s lead to her doing hair in middle school and when she was in high school she became the know stylist in her neighborhood as well. Doing hair and nail designs in her hall way of her brownstone. She worked in salon in New York where she lived. In 2007 she then moves to Delaware for new beginnings. While residing in Delaware she traveled back and forth to New York for eight years being so dedicated to her clients she was tired and so was her cars. She then gave that up and attempted school where she obtained her cosmetologist and barbering license in 2015. Since then continues to strengthen her skills where she continue to learn the newest hair trending hairstyles that’s out today. Her passion is to make sure she puts a smile on her clients faces helping them to look and feel good about themselves. Juanita specializes in color, haircuts weaves, textured hair and much more!
